    Not funny at the time but it did crack me up afterwards....Watching Steve run in the opposite direction to a 6ft Brown Snake chasing him.

3. whats a word you kid/s say/said thats pronounces funny / cute

     My son could never say Semitrailer.....they were called Bami-Bailer.

4. if you could be someone famous for a say who would it be and why?

    BILL GATES....So I would have enough money to solve all the world's poverty problems.

What a gorgeous day it is....The sunshine is shimmering across our dam, with our Koi Oscar, lapping up the sunbeams........The birds are chirping and singing their merry tunes....Music to my ears.     Looking around as far as the eye can see, looks so green, fresh and so alive after the beautiful rain we had over the past few weeks....isn't nature grand, how it  restores life. There is a gentle breeze wafting up the valley keeping the 30 degrees at bay and making it very comfortable.

LIFE IS WONDERFUL.

To those who are a not  having a  good day....I send you a smile and wrap my arms around you with a gentle hug.

To those Mum's out there waiting to bring the miracle of life into this world.....I send you strength to get you through.

To those new Mum's to be, who are suffering from morning sickness.....I send you  relief and a hope it passes soon.

To those who are feeling poorly.....I send you all the healing vibes I can muster and a wish that your recovery is swift.

To those who in need of a friend.....I stretch out my hand in friendship.

Our romantic night away was spent at home  ....though romantic. it was not spent at Port Macquarie.

We drove down to Port Macquarie  in miserable weather, overcast and showers....we both were thinking to ourselves this isn't a very nice day to be spending a romantic evening away. When we wanted to have a lovely stroll along the beach before finding somewhere nice to eat our evening meal.( Supper as Marg would call it. )

Our minds were made up  to return home after seeing the specialist and finding out I had to return there on the  18th december for surgery.

It might not be a wild night as planned but it still will be a a couple of night away.

I suppose you all think that I am too old to go away on a dirty weekend, so you will probably believe that after my appointment with a specialist in Port Macquarie tommorow morning, I will be coming straight back home. However, my husband, who has always been a corrupting influence in my life, has booked us into a resort for the night. I am not sure why he would have done that as its only a 21/2 hr drive each way !  He tells me the reason is that doctors are always very late with their appointments and that it will be too late to drive home afterwards. I would have believed him if he had not given me such specific instructions as to what clothes I should pack !  Modesty prevents me from detailing his choice. So we will now be away for two days ( and 1 night !! ) Survivor - Port Macquarie ! Be kind to each other and I hope the rest of the week is a happy one for each and every one of you.
